Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver an elevated client experience by providing personalized styling, deep product knowledge, and proactive clienteling to drive sales and loyalty. This role supports store performance through customer outreach, teamwork, and maintaining brand standards on the sales floor. The position is an in-store role focused on achieving individual and team sales goals while mentoring peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, offer personalized styling recommendations, and demonstrate detailed product knowledge.
• Drive sales by meeting individual Key Performance Indicators and contributing to monthly and seasonal targets.
• Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling and outreach efforts.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer-centric behaviors and improve team performance.
• Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising techniques per company guidelines.
• Participate in store and community initiatives, training, and talent sourcing activities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a specialty or high-volume retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Comfort using digital selling tools and CRM systems to support clienteling.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Willingness to support training and coaching initiatives and uphold brand standards.
