Summary

Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional customer experiences by delivering personalized service, expert product knowledge, and thoughtful styling recommendations to build lasting client relationships. They leverage digital tools and clienteling to grow personal business and support store sales goals. This role also contributes to team development, coaching, and the upkeep of store standards and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations to drive sales and client loyalty.
• Strategize personal business growth through outreach, wardrobing, and use of digital tools to enhance clienteling.
• Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and KPI targets.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to promote customer-centric behaviors and relationship building.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture meaningful customer data and support clienteling efforts.
• Maintain store visual standards and participate in store and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, maneuver on the sales floor, operate the register, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Experience selling to customers using digital tools preferred.
