Sales Ambassador

Summary

As a Sales Ambassador you will deliver elevated customer service and personalized styling to build lasting client relationships. You will drive sales through active clienteling, digital tools, and strong product knowledge while supporting the store team and coaching peers. This role is an in-store sales position focused on meeting individual and team performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations to meet client needs.
• Drive sales and achieve individual Key Performance Indicators through outreach, wardrobing, and clienteling.
• Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support relationship-building initiatives.
• Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to uphold customer-centric behaviors and sales standards.
• Support visual merchandising standards, participate in store initiatives, and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.; perform physical tasks on the sales floor and stock areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends; experience using digital sales tools preferred.
