Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador who curates exceptional in-store client experiences through product knowledge, personalized styling and proactive clienteling. The role focuses on driving sales, building lasting customer relationships and supporting team performance and store standards. This position serves as an entry point to future management opportunities within the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service, recommend products and styling solutions, and convert client interactions into sales.
• Drive individual and team sales goals, track KPIs (SPH, data capture) and leverage digital tools to enhance clienteling.
• Utilize CRM to capture customer data, perform outreach and support omnichannel customer experiences.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors, support recruitment, training and store initiatives.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to stand, walk and operate a register for multiple hours; lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
