Summary

Part-time Sales Ambassadors provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that supports brand standards and drives sales. This entry-level retail role focuses on building customer relationships, executing daily sales goals, and supporting store initiatives and digital selling tools. Ambassadors are expected to be team players who participate in training and help maintain store presentation and operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by proactively engaging customers and building clientele.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with brand expectations and support store vision and initiatives.
• Participate in team training and utilize digital and alternative selling tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
• Support product discovery through QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual store tools and provide feedback to management on category opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor standards and collaborate with the team to execute business results.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, maneuver the sales floor and stock areas, lift up to 30 lbs, and operate a register for extended periods.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel as required.
