Responsibilities

• Welcome and host clients while providing attentive, personalized service.
• Support clients and Fashion Advisors with purchase packaging, product retrieval, fitting-room setup, and product transfers.
• Log ready-to-wear alterations during fittings and maintain accurate information.
• Collaborate with the team to support client engagement and boutique sales.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Passion for client experience and interest in the brand and its products.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays; foreign language skills are preferred.
