The Sales Assistant supports boutique activities and collaborates with Fashion Advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience. This is a full-time, in-store role requiring a minimum of one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, support hosting duties, and provide personalized service.
• Support Fashion Advisors with purchase packaging, product sourcing, stockroom runs, and fitting room setup.
• Coordinate store-to-store transfers to fulfill client requests.
• Log ready-to-wear alterations during fittings and ensure accurate data capture.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience and a passion for client service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays; foreign language skills are preferred.
