Seasonal Sales Support Advisor - 5th Avenue

Summary

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor is a part-time, seasonal role that supports store teams during peak business periods by delivering exceptional client service and efficient operational support. Working across front-of-house and back-of-house, the advisor partners with Client Advisors, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and management to maintain product flow, replenishment, and store presentation. The role requires flexibility, professionalism, and a client-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and support Client Advisors throughout the client journey during high-volume periods.
• Retrieve, deliver, and replenish merchandise between back-of-house and the sales floor quickly and accurately.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, organizing, and preparing merchandise as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient BOH and sales floor to support product availability.
• Support inventory activities, cycle counts, and other operational tasks as requested.
• Assist with visual merchandising standards by organizing and repositioning product.
• Provide flexible team support and perform additional duties as required by management.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and store procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
