Sales Assistant - 57th Street Flagship Boutique

Summary

The Sales Assistant provides in-person support across boutique operations to deliver exceptional client service and support Fashion Advisors. This role assists with client hosting, packaging, product movement from the stockroom, and supports store-to-store fulfillment. The position requires a flexible schedule and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet clients and assist with hosting duties on the boutique floor
• Support Fashion Advisors with packaging, presentation, and client purchases
• Pull and run product from the stockroom and set up fitting rooms for clients
• Assist with store-to-store transfers to fulfill client requests
• Log RTW alterations in ACET during fittings to ensure accurate data capture
• Stand and walk through various boutique areas and perform general floor support tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Flexible availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Passion for the brand and commitment to delivering high standards of client service
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
