Sales Assistant - 57th Street Flagship Boutique

Summary

The Sales Assistant supports in-store operations and delivers attentive, personalized client service across the boutique. This role partners closely with Fashion Advisors and the sales team to maximize client engagement, assist with merchandise presentation, and ensure a seamless client experience at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome and greet clients and assist with hosting duties on the sales floor.
• Provide ongoing sales and service support to clients and team members as a brand ambassador.
• Assist Fashion Advisors with packaging, presentation, and client purchases.
• Pull and run product from the stockroom to the boutique floor and set up fitting rooms.
• Support store-to-store transfers to source products for clients and log RTW alterations in ACET during fittings.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and to walk and/or stand for extended periods regularly.
• Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Foreign language skills preferred; passion for client experience and desire to learn and grow professionally.
