Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming store environment
• Offer styling expertise and product knowledge to drive sales
• Engage in clienteling and capture client data to build relationships
• Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom well organized
• Adhere to company policies and retail schedules including evenings weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow-up and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Ability to operate a POS and use Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible availability to work retail schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
