Summary

Provide elevated customer service as a brand representative for a luxury fashion retailer at Desert Hills Premium Outlets. Drive sales through client engagement, maintain product knowledge, and support store operations including key-holder duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated customer experience during and after the sale
• Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships
• Partner with management to achieve sales targets
• Maintain high level of product knowledge and use brand terminology
• Act as a brand ambassador in the community and foster customer relationships
• Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained
• Fulfill key-holder responsibilities including opening and closing and cash handling

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience with established clientele
• Proven ability to drive results and meet sales goals
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Technologically savvy with ability to use retail systems
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to engage customers
