Summary
Develop deep, long lasting relationships with customers to drive sales, service, and loyalty in a luxury retail environment. Role is commission-based and requires achieving sales targets while supporting store operations and client engagement activities. Candidate must be comfortable with a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers
- Exceed sales and service goals and targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition development and retention
- Attend product knowledge vendor and company educational sessions
- Perform floor recovery visual merchandising price changes and sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with clients via phone mail and electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate to management when necessary
- Comply with health safety privacy and cyber security policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
- Proven consistent sales performance meeting or exceeding quotas
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to leverage social media and technology to build personal brand and acquire clients
- Strong product knowledge across merchandise categories
- Understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
- Collaborative team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive outreach to clients to share curated merchandise
