Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers and exceed sales and service goals
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition, development, and retention
• Attend product knowledge, vendor, and store educational sessions
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic methods about events, merchandise, and follow-ups
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate to selling management when necessary
• Comply with health, safety, privacy, and cybersecurity policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Collaborative team player who leverages social media to build a personal brand
• Skilled at using multiple technology channels to acquire and maintain client relationships
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends and broad product knowledge across store categories
