Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service to all customers and exceed sales and service targets
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
• Attend product and vendor training sessions and brand seminars
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks
• Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels about events and merchandise
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate to management as needed
• Comply with health, safety, privacy, and cyber security policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
• Proven track record of consistent sales performance and meeting or exceeding quotas
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong collaboration and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to leverage social media and technology to build a personal brand and drive client acquisition
• Broad product knowledge across merchandise categories and awareness of current fashion trends
