Sales Associate - Menswear

Summary

The Sales Associate develops long-lasting client relationships to drive sales, service, and loyalty on the menswear floor. This commission-eligible role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, building a personal client base, and supporting store merchandising and operational tasks. The associate works collaboratively with the team and leverages digital channels to engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service and exceed sales and service targets
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention activities
• Attend product knowledge and vendor training sessions
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks
• Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels about events and merchandise
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate to management when needed
• Comply with health & safety policies and privacy/cybersecurity requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Effective use of social media and digital tools to build personal brand and client relationships
• Broad product knowledge across store categories and awareness of current fashion trends
