Sales Associate - Rosemont

Summary

Sales Associate responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences at the Rosemont store. Role includes clienteling, styling guidance, product knowledge, and assisting with store operations to meet commercial KPIs. Position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and competency with POS and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Provide an elevated and welcoming client experience on the sales floor
• Build sales through styling expertise and product knowledge
• Capture and cultivate client data and relationships
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Adhere to company policies and support team collaboration
• Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Flexible availability for retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
