Summary

As a Sales Associate you will deliver an elevated customer experience and grow business through strong client relationship management and local outreach. You will act as a brand representative, driving results by combining product expertise with proactive sales and event engagement. Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated customer service during and after the sale
• Promote and apply the Retail Excellence Program with clients and staff
• Develop and expand the customer base through genuine client relationships and events
• Partner with management to achieve sales targets
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge
• Implement and manage boutique community outreach and local client engagement
• Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience at a high-end retailer
• Proven sales orientation and ability to drive results
• Elevated customer service skills and strong fashion and product knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication and a high-energy, client-focused approach
