Responsibilities
- Deliver extraordinary service to all customers consistently
- Exceed sales and service goals and targets
- Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition development and retention
- Attend product knowledge vendor and company educational sessions
- Perform floor recovery visual merchandising price changes and sales support tasks
- Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone mail and electronic methods
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate to management when required
- Comply with health and safety policies and requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a commission based luxury sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Collaborative team oriented approach
- Experience leveraging social media to build personal brand and drive client engagement
- Skilled using multiple technology channels to strengthen client relationships and acquire new clients
- Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
- Broad product knowledge across all store merchandise categories
- Initiative to stay informed on new merchandise deliveries to maximize selling potential
