Summary

Provide exceptional in-store and virtual client service as a brand ambassador, achieve sales targets, and perform key-holder duties including opening and closing the store and cash handling. Maintain product and visual standards while supporting inventory, shipping and receiving, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand through client interactions in-store and virtually
• Perform key-holder duties including store opening and closing and cash handling
• Manage client book, follow up with phone calls emails and thank you letters
• Meet and proactively pursue monthly sales targets and maintain high productivity
• Assist with inventory, shipping and receiving, and back of house tasks
• Maintain visual merchandising and uniform and grooming standards
• Operate register systems and merchandise product
• Follow end-of-day procedures including bag checks

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience with clienteling skills
• Ability to perform cash handling and key-holder responsibilities
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory processes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and maintain high productivity
• Familiarity with product terminology for shoes and accessories
• Availability to work full-time retail schedule including assigned breaks
