Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, styling expertise, and digital outreach. Role is onsite in store, uses technology and omni-channel tools to service clients both in-person and remotely, and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and fashion advice to clients
• Use digital selling tools and social media to engage and outreach to clients
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Achieve personal sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize business to increase individual productivity and sales
• Create a collaborative and positive work environment
• Demonstrate expert brand knowledge and product presentation
• Serve clients in-store and through remote selling technologies

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience with digital selling tools and technology
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible availability to work retail schedule
• Strong customer centric and communication skills
