Summary

Provide attentive, personalized service to customers on the sales floor and help drive store sales through product knowledge and proactive engagement. Maintain a professional appearance and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment. Support daily store operations and merchandising to ensure the sales floor is well presented.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, assess needs, and recommend products to achieve sales goals.
• Process transactions accurately, handle returns, and manage payment methods.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure merchandise is well stocked and organized.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and support special events or promotions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
