Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales on the retail floor at the University Village store. Assist customers with product selection, maintain merchandise presentation, and process transactions accurately. Support store operational needs and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand needs and recommend products.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through relationship building and follow-up.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandise displays, and stock levels on the sales floor.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges using the point-of-sale system.
• Support loss prevention, fitting room management, and general store operations.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and performing light lifting as needed.
