Sales Associate - Womenswear

Summary

The Sales Associate develops deep, long-lasting relationships with customers to drive sales, service, and loyalty. This commission-based role is measured on sales performance and client acquisition and retention. The position supports in-store merchandising, events, and ongoing client communication to maximize selling potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service on the sales floor
• Meet and exceed sales and service goals and targets
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks
• Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and digital channels for events, follow-up, and outreach
• Attend product, vendor, and in-house training sessions
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate to management when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong product knowledge across multiple merchandise categories and awareness of fashion trends
• Skilled at using social media and multiple technology channels for clienteling and new client acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
