Sales Commission Stylist

Summary

The Sales Commission Stylist delivers personalized styling and a high level of customer service on the sales floor. This role focuses on building client relationships, recommending product solutions, and driving sales through consultative selling and clienteling. The position is commission-based and requires flexibility to work peak retail hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored styling advice and product recommendations to clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through follow up and clienteling activities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
• Assist with merchandising, store presentation, and maintaining product knowledge.
• Process transactions and support floor operations during assigned shifts.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales or styling experience with a strong customer service focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and work on a commission-based compensation plan.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; professional appearance and strong product knowledge.
