Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Experience Manager at Cartier in Short Hills, you will lead business development for the boutique by fostering client relationships and driving sales. You will collaborate with boutique and corporate partners to ensure success and uphold Cartier standards as a Maison Ambassador.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of client relationships and drive sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Implement client strategies to increase business opportunities and manage CRM efforts.
  • Collaborate with boutique and corporate partners on projects and operational fluidity.
  • Motivate and support boutique staff, conducting team meetings and managing performance.
  • Uphold Cartier standards and create a positive boutique environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Experience in managing direct reports and working retail hours.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and creativity in team development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
