Sales Experience Manager - Soho

As a Sales Experience Manager at Cartier in Atlanta, you will lead business development for the boutique by fostering client relationships and driving sales. You will collaborate with boutique and corporate partners to ensure success and uphold Cartier standards as a Maison Ambassador.

• Lead the development of client relationships and drive sales to meet or exceed targets.
• Implement client strategies to increase business opportunities and manage CRM efforts.
• Collaborate with boutique management and corporate departments to communicate key messages and business needs.
• Motivate and support boutique staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Participate in boutique operations, including inventory management and sales reporting.
• Act as a point of contact for visiting stylists and press photo shoots.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is a plus.
• 8-10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Experience in managing direct reports and working retail hours.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and creativity in team development.
