Responsibilities
- Lead and coach boutique team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and execute strategic action plans to drive sales and client engagement.
- Partner with Store Leadership on corporate initiatives training and daily operations.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and hold store keys as needed.
- Drive individual and store KPIs including appointments conversion and repurchase rate.
- Mentor team members and share product knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain boutique standards including visual merchandising and operational excellence.
- Support inventory accuracy with cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Manage and resolve escalated client issues with appropriate partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Experience with women and men ready to wear product categories.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities and results driven mindset.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast paced environment.
- Experience leveraging CRM for client acquisition and appointment selling.
- Knowledge of loss prevention and operational procedures.
