Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Manager at the Fifth Avenue Club, you will be responsible for driving sales by developing the selling and clienteling skills of a team of Style Advisors. You will create a high-performance team and consistently coach for optimal sales results, maintaining high visibility on the selling floor to connect with customers and build sustainable client relationships through exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and coach Style Advisors to establish deep client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Deliver memorable shopping experiences and plan client appointments to maximize results.
  • Inform clients of in-store events and diagnose client spend to increase engagement.
  • Leverage marketing tools and social media for client acquisition and brand building.
  • Use technology to strengthen client relationships and deliver 24/7 service.
  • Resolve client issues and support the general running of the selling floor.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology, including Word and Excel.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and inspire others through leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to build structural processes.
