Sales Manager responsible for driving boutique performance through leadership, client development, and operational excellence at a luxury retail outlet. Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable service and act as a brand ambassador for every client interaction
- Partner with store leadership on corporate initiatives team development and employee relations
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain loss prevention compliance
- Drive store and individual KPIs including appointments conversion and repurchase rate
- Develop and execute strategic action plans to increase sales and client engagement
- Mentor and coach team members sharing best practices and product knowledge
- Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Leverage CRM for appointment selling client acquisition and data enrichment
- Manage and resolve escalated client issues with cross functional partners
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in womens and mens ready to wear
- Proven leadership and results driven mindset
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced retail environment
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to coach mentor and develop team members
