Sales Supervisor - Gilroy Premium Outlets

Summary

Support store management in daily operations at the Gilroy Premium Outlets location, driving sales and delivering an elevated customer experience. Coach and develop team members, help implement company policies and initiatives, and maintain store standards and presentation. Ensure exceptional client service through product knowledge and proactive outreach while assisting with opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Manage client journey stages to drive repeat business
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on inquiries and sales
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Open and close the store according to procedure

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
