Summary
Support store management at the Great Mall location to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach and develop the team, and maintain store standards and procedures. Assist with day to day operations including opening and closing, merchandising, and client engagement to achieve KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Provide styling expertise, product knowledge, and guide the client journey to drive repeat business
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and communication with colleagues and management
- Coach and develop team members through feedback and learning
- Open and close the store according to company procedure and adhere to policies
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Ability to operate POS and navigate Microsoft Office suite
- Flexible to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
