Sales Supervisor - Great Mall

Summary

Support store management at the Great Mall location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching team members, and maintaining store standards and procedures. Lead the sales floor to build client relationships and ensure operational readiness for opening and closing the store. Foster collaboration with colleagues while representing brand product knowledge and DNA.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build loyal customer relationships
• Ensure the store is guest ready with welcoming environment
• Build sales through styling expertise, trend and product knowledge
• Manage client journey stages and drive repeat business
• Initiate client contact and provide prompt follow up on sales and inquiries
• Open and close the store according to company procedure
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Implement and enforce company policies and corporate initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
