Sales Supervisor - Valley Fair

Summary

Support store management at the Valley Fair location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching team members, and maintaining store standards and procedures. Lead the sales floor to achieve KPIs and ensure the store is guest ready while upholding brand knowledge and clienteling practices. Execute opening and closing procedures and foster collaboration with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Drive individual and store sales to meet or exceed commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Coach and develop team members and provide feedback
• Build client relationships and initiate regular client contact and follow up
• Maintain expert product knowledge and brand DNA
• Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization and store readiness
• Open and close the store according to procedure
• Implement and enforce company policies and corporate directives
• Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Comfortable operating a POS and using Microsoft Office
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
