Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Great Mall location, driving sales, delivering elevated customer experiences, coaching the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales to meet or exceed KPIs
- Lead the sales floor and deliver a customer first experience
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Manage client outreach and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Coach and develop team members and foster collaboration
- Open and close the store according to procedure
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and corporate directives
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or related customer service role
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product knowledge
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
