Sales Supervisor - Jersey Gardens

Summary

Support store management at the Jersey Gardens location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the sales team, and ensuring store standards and company policies are maintained. The role involves daily operational tasks including opening and closing the store and maintaining organized sales floor and stockroom areas. The Sales Supervisor represents the brand through product knowledge and client relationship building to drive repeat business and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build customer relationships
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming at all times
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and adhere to company procedures
• Open and close the store according to company procedure

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
