Sales Support Associate - Wall Street

The Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate at Hermès Wall Street boutique provides essential clerical support for both front and back of house operations. • Provide high levels of service to clients, including greeting, assisting, and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales team with merchandise handling, stock retrieval, and stock room preparation.
• Organize and maintain work station and selling floor to support sales efforts.
• Assist with Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales areas by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.
