Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand beauty needs and recommend products
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses
• Set and achieve sales goals including in-store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to build customer relationships and drive sales
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
