Responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand beauty needs and recommend products
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses
- Set and achieve sales goals including in-store and digital selling
- Use text and social media to build customer relationships and drive sales
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving
- Empathy and respect when providing services to customers
- Strong multitasking, organization and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use technology for selling
- Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holiday period
- Ability to stand and move continuously 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
