Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized and inspiring shopping experiences focused on the customer and supporting store sales goals. This seasonal role requires teamwork, resourcefulness, and alignment with brand values while driving business through customer engagement and supporting company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive day to day business to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Provide personalized customer service and build client relationships
• Support and execute company and store initiatives and training
• Utilize technology and alternative purchasing processes to assist customers
• Maintain sales floor standards and ensure merchandising is compliant
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Engage in networking to grow clientele and support product discovery tools

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Strong customer communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to stand and move for multiple hours and operate register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor areas
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Willingness to participate in team training and support store vision
