Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, supporting store initiatives, and driving sales while representing brand values. This seasonal role involves customer engagement, supporting technology enabled selling, and contributing to store standards and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide personalized service and build client relationships through networking and follow up
• Support and execute company and store initiatives and training
• Utilize digital and alternative purchase channels to broaden customer access
• Represent brand expectations and deliver consistent customer experiences
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Maintain sales floor standards and store presentation at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain standing and mobile for multiple hours
• Capacity to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
