Part-Time Seasonal Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized and inspiring customer experiences, driving sales, and supporting store initiatives while representing brand standards. Role requires teamwork, curiosity, resourcefulness, and the ability to support various shopping technologies and alternative purchase methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer engagement
• Provide personalized service and build client relationships
• Support company and store initiatives and maintain brand expectations
• Participate in team training and provide feedback to management
• Utilize More Ways to Shop and technology like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI
• Support alternative purchasing processes including Ship to Home and digital tools
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times
• Engage in networking to build clientele

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and staff
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
