Summary

The Seasonal Busser is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and supporting front and back of house operations during varying weekly schedules. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency in clearing tables and transporting dishes, and the ability to assist with setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and efficiently clear restaurant tables
• Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
• Support setup and cleanup of dining areas
• Assist with food prep work as needed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Work flexible hours based on business needs
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
