Summary
Reporting to the Store Manager or Director, the Seasonal Client Advisor partners with sales operations visual merchandising and management to support the full client experience. The role focuses on delivering personalized service maintaining brand standards and assisting with front of house and back of house operations during the seasonal period.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an elevated personalized client experience
- Engage with clients to build relationships and understand needs
- Retrieve and deliver product from BOH to the sales floor and execute product care requests
- Support Client Advisors and execute ticket creation as instructed by management
- Assist with visual merchandising including organizing repositioning of displays
- Contribute to inventory preparation and execution as requested by management
- Support BOH organization product assortment go-backs and operational tasks
- Follow company policies procedures and respect brand grooming and behavior standards
- Perform additional duties as required by management to meet store objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Client centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional presentation dependable punctual and flexible
- Ability to communicate in English written and verbal additional languages preferred
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports
- Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Team oriented and able to thrive in a fast paced dynamic environment
