Summary

Part-Time Seasonal Brand Ambassador focused on delivering a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and exceeding customer expectations. The role emphasizes a customer-first mindset, teamwork, and inclusivity while supporting store and company initiatives. Associates drive sales through clienteling and use of digital tools and alternative purchase methods to broaden customer access.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and work to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Deliver consistent customer experiences aligned with brand expectations and represent the store vision.
• Utilize "More Ways to Shop" and store technologies to support alternative purchasing processes (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home).
• Participate in team training, engage in clienteling and networking to build a clientele, and provide feedback to management on opportunities.
• Ensure sales floor standards and overall store presentation are maintained at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with customers and team members.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate the register, and maneuver around the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel.
