Summary

Provide seasonal sales and styling support in the Holiday Gift Shop. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling while helping keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships, provide style and fit guidance, and share product knowledge.
• Support customers and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, complete price markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Work flexible hours and assist in other departments as needed.
