This role focuses on building customer relationships, providing styling and fit guidance, and supporting department readiness through merchandising and order fulfillment. Schedule varies by week and may require flexibility to support other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
• Provide honest and confident feedback about style and fit
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments as needed
