Summary

Seasonal Sales Support represents the Tiffany brand on the sales floor during the holiday season, delivering exceptional client service and hospitality. This role supports sales associates and store operations to create memorable, luxury experiences for clients. Responsibilities include assisting at point of sale and engraving stations, managing guest flow, and helping with inventory and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist Clients, acting as a positive brand ambassador to ensure a memorable experience.
• Improve the Client experience through hospitality and personalized service initiatives.
• Assist with engraving stations and perform POS functions after a client’s purchase is finalized.
• Lead and manage floor waiting lists and communicate service issues to management as needed.
• Maintain hospitality areas and POS stations, including boxing, wrapping, and replenishing supplies.
• Support operations with policies, after sales servicing, inventory tasks, and special projects.

Requirements

• Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous retail, luxury retail, or client-facing experience (for example hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service orientation, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Comfort working with a diverse client base in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
