The Boutique Selling Supervisor leads sales and client service on the sales floor, supports store operations, and coaches team members to deliver a world-class luxury retail experience aligned with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive personal sales and exceed KPIs through client engagement
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and trends to educate customers and staff
- Foster and maintain relationships with VIP and loyal clients through clienteling
- Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet sales targets
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of team members
- Oversee daily store operations including stock management and loss prevention
- Uphold visual merchandising and brand presentation standards
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail management or related role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and clienteling abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of luxury products, market trends, and service expectations
- Ability to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
