Summary
Senior Client Advisor responsible for supporting store leadership to drive sales, coach and supervise client advisors, manage merchandise and ensure excellent client experiences while representing the brand. The role requires leadership on the selling floor, supporting daily operations and delivering brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Client Advisors on the selling floor to maximize performance
- Provide coaching and feedback in partnership with Team Manager
- Assist with onboarding and training of new Client Advisors
- Deliver exceptional client service by greeting listening and assisting clients
- Drive individual KPI goals and attract new clients through networking
- Perform floor leadership duties including opening and closing the store
- Organize coverage for the floor during breaks and support operations when management is absent
- Maintain visual display standards for products
- Act as first point of contact for difficult client issues
Requirements
- Sales management experience in retail luxury retail or service industry preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and measurable results
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Industry awareness strong business acumen and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and passion for the fashion industry
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Proper work authorization to work in Canada
