Responsibilities- Partner with the brand/business unit HR team to develop HR plans to support the business strategy.
- Advocate for associates, fostering a best-in-class work environment.
- Serve as an active member of the Zone Leadership Team.
- Coordinate with HR teams to develop and execute programs, systems, and processes.
- Analyze metric reporting to support brand/business unit strategy and drive results.
- Provide guidance on HR-related concerns, including associate relations and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policy and employment law.
- Participate in the recruiting strategy process.
- Communicate and implement programs related to Compensation & Benefits.
- Facilitate new manager onboarding for field managers.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Benefits on pay, benefits, and disability issues.
- Build business knowledge through meetings, industry publications, and job shadowing.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of Human Resource or related experience.
- Ability to manage confidential information effectively.
- Strong negotiation and management skills.
- Collaborative working style and strong relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Innovative problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Project Management/Process Improvement skills.
